By completing a reservation with Beach Chair Rentals Naples, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Equipment

Customers are renting beach equipment as specified in their reservation, which may include beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, or other beach gear. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for checking the equipment and notifying us promptly if any issues are noticed.

Rental Period

The rental period begins once the equipment has been delivered and continues until the scheduled pickup time or agreed return time. Returning equipment earlier than scheduled does not qualify for a refund.

Responsibility for Equipment

Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented equipment during the rental period. Any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged may result in repair or replacement charges.

Use of Equipment

All rented equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Customers agree to take reasonable care when using the equipment and ensure it is used safely.

Liability Disclaimer

Beach Chair Rentals Naples is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that may occur while using the rented equipment. By renting our equipment, customers accept full responsibility for its use and agree to release Beach Chair Rentals Naples from any liability arising from its use.

Equipment Condition

All equipment is provided in good working condition; however, it is rented “as-is” without any guarantees or warranties beyond normal functionality.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery may be subject to cancellation fees.

Returns and Pickup

Customers agree to leave the rented equipment at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. Failure to return equipment as scheduled may result in additional rental charges.

Damage Charges

If equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, replacement or repair costs may be charged to the payment method used during booking.
