Do you deliver to my hotel or condo?
Yes! We deliver directly to hotels, condos, and vacation rentals throughout Naples, Marco Island, and Bonita Springs. Just provide your address at checkout and we handle the rest.
What time do you deliver?
We offer morning delivery so your gear is ready when you head to the beach. Contact us after booking to arrange your preferred delivery window.
What if it rains on my rental day?
We understand Florida weather! Reach out to us and we'll do our best to reschedule or credit your rental. Our goal is always your satisfaction.
How do I return the gear?
Easy — we come to you! Just leave the gear at your rental location and we'll pick it up. No need to haul anything back.
Is there a minimum rental period?
We rent by the day with no minimum. But remember — book 2 or more days and you automatically save 30% on your rental!
How do I get the 30% multi-day discount?
It's automatic! Just select 2 or more days when booking through our booking system and the 30% discount will be applied. The more days you book, the more you save.
