Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included on every order of $50 or more, to hotels, condos, Airbnbs and vacation homes in Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs.
Do you deliver onto the beach?
We deliver to where you're staying, not onto the sand. That's what lets you keep the gear for your whole stay and take it to any beach you like. The wagon in our bundles makes the trip from car to sand easy.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Please book at least 24 hours ahead. In peak season (January to April) we recommend booking as soon as you know your dates. Need it today? Text Pablo at (239) 633-5278 and we'll fit you in if we can (+$15 same-day).
What if it rains?
Florida showers usually pass quickly. Because the gear stays with you for your whole booking, a rainy hour doesn't cost you your beach day. Just head out once it clears.
Can I take the gear to different beaches?
Absolutely. The gear stays with you for your whole booking: Vanderbilt one day, Clam Pass the next, Marco Island after that.
How does pickup work?
When you book, we'll set a pickup time with you for your last day. Pablo meets you at your hotel, condo or rental to collect everything in person, so nothing gets left unattended. No need to haul anything back. If your plans change, just text us and we'll adjust the time.
